This has not gotten any stars and will not ever get any stars me. I am a nee customer who coild become a regular. I bought a deal off of a website for a massage and pedicure.I made an appointment for the services and was called 3 days prior to the service while I was at work. A message was lefton my phone telling me that I had an appointment on this dateand since I did not come, I forfeited my money. I called back and the mix up was cleared with no apologies. On the day of my appointment I got locked out of the home and I attempted to push back my appointment. I business was notaccomodating at all. I was expected to now pay extra for the services that I already paid for despite the emergency nature of my request for a postponement. I will never schedule another appoinment at this salon. I am sure the owner could not care less but I prefer to patronize businesses that will accomodate the patrons and are empathetic to people willing to spend their money in their establishment.

It was the worst mani/pedi I ever had. I was very upset, especially since it was suppose to be a spa manicure and spa pedicure which was a value of $75.00, I paid only $35.00 through Groupon but would've have been extremely upset if I had paid full price. The manicure was the worst I ever had and the pedicure, I swear it was the girls first time doing one, she filed my toe nails crooked, didn't massage the feet or legs, and the nail polish looked like my 6 year old put it on. I will never go there again and have already told other's not to go there.

I love this place. The owner and the staff are down to earth people. I never had a better haircut or highlights anywhere else. My pedicure is challenging and my toes are treated with the utmost of care. When I get an eyebrow wax, I have no allergic reactions as I have in other places. The massages there are wonderful. It can be a bit challenging to get a convenient appointment but I now know I have to rebook for future appointments when I am there.

No stars at all. I was a regular customer of the original business and miss them, the new owner lives up to the name - she believes it's all about her. If you wish to pay too much and be treated poorly this is the place to go. I won't waste my time or money. Shame on them!

They ruined my hair. I asked for highlights and the woman bleached my hair within an inch of its life. There were WAY too man and they were very thick so the entire top portion of my hair was basically a panel of blond. The woman was very nervous as she told me "um, we could tone it down for you" but I left there so upset. I went back the next day to have it fixed and they CHARGED ME. It was their fault and my hair looked horrendous and yet they still made me pay. I wouldn't go back there even if it were for free and I tell everyone to stay far away from there.

I enjoy every visit i make to them. The workers are the best. Good place to go for Massages,hair,nails, and body work. I would recomend everyone give it a try. The atmosphere is just so friendly nd comfortable. I suggest to make an appointment with them as soon as possible. You wont regret it

I highly enjoyed the salon & spa. I am a frequent client of theirs for many months now. All of the people who work there are very friendly, they make you feel like youre one of their friends. I am always satisfied with my services, from the highlights, pedicures, and facials. I feel that their prices are always accomidating.

Lauren is really great @ what she does (almost everything) If I could I would continue going there but I don't like the owner Gina she is very sneaking in her pricing and Telling you that you need services which you don't need.

Had a very bad experience with them with their HAIR STRAIGHTENING service. Hair severely damaged and "recourse" offered was a manicure/pedicure which is NOT the service I wanted and paid for from them.

This place is horrible, I can't believe the service, starting from the owner to the employees. It's horrible!! I wouldn't even go there to use the restroom. When you go on their web-site and look at the hours they can't even spell the days of the week correct.
