I am a full time multimillion dollar producer affiliated with Joseph Carter Realty. My building background gives me a unique insight on homes and lots that are helpful to my buyers and sellers. My passion for Real Estate started about 25 years ago when we purchased our first home. We (my husband Kevin and I) discovered that we had a knack for taking a diamond in the ruff and and transforming it to something special that other people wanted to buy. Our Journey, after flipping 5 homes, lead us to Smith Lake. We relocated here from Hoover and are now permanent lake people.
