Dr. Ian Bulow, the practice director and chief doctor has advanced certifications and training in precision upper cervical procedures. We opened our doors in 2008 as the first Upper Cervical Health Centers office in the Pittsburgh area. Upper Cervical Health Centers has gone WORLD WIDE opening over 50 offices in the U.S. and three in Italy.
