We have only been here a month and we've found the managers helpful and friendly, the apartment comfy and warm and the whole block nicely quiet. The quiet part mattered to us as we have a young baby and the previous apartment we had was quite noisy especially late at night. We haven't had to ask for anything to be fixed or looked at but talking to others who've lived here a while if you do need anything done then it's done quickly with no waiting around until the managers feels like doing it.

The apartments are a little bit dated but well managed and maintained. More importantly the whole building is quiet with no loud parties etc so it suits us perfectly. So I can recommend the Frontier to anyone wanting a quiet and reasonably priced place to live.

I have to agree with the earlier review, the apartments are a little dated but are well maintained and comfortable. Also the new managers really are committed as was said earlier to looking after the tenants and get things done instead of just talking about it. So I have no problem recommending the Frontier to anyone looking for a decent place to live.

Being a long term tenant here I have seen managers come and go and service vary widely, but the new managers Gina and Graham seem to be the best for quite a while. They value their tenants and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Also they have started asking all tenants if they need anything done to their apartment and if like me there is anything then it's done same day which is a very nice change. Also I see them out three or four times a day walking around the property looking for anything that needs attention like blown light bulbs outside apartments and again it gets fixed straight away. I would recommend this apartment building to anyone wanting a hassle free time with reasonable rents and attentive management.
