Pharmacy is customer focused. I dropped off my presciption. I shopped for my groceries and found my medicine was ready. The Techs are very through concerning any drug interactions. A real pleasure to be served by compenant friendly people.

This is the worst, most unorganized pharmacy I've ever been to. We were having trouble getting a prescription filled because our insurance company didn't approve it at first. We went back four times and every time they would give us a different answer. During our fourth visit, not only did we get a our fourth different answer, we were talked down to and treated like morons. After expressing our frustration,the lady actually started raising her voice and making us feel like we were the problem! We will NOT be returning to the Covington Safeway!!!!!
