This company was very fair and always did what they said they would do. Since Mr Jerol is retiring that service has gone down the tubes. The employees are hateful and I had bought the VIP oil change for the life of my vehicle. They are no longer honoring that service. It just isn't right. It was around $500 and for as long as I owned my vehicle. I don't care who the new owner is. I sure won't buy anything else from them. As a matter of fact I want my money back!!!!!
