I've used NorthShore Toyota to service my truck for about 10 years. The quality of service has generally been good. I remember ony one occasion when I've had to return for some issue related to servicing. The staff there have recommended after market parts instead of their own. Turn around time is reasonable if you decide to wait for servicing to be done, but waits can be long if crowded as you'd expect. Bringing your car in on appointment helps less than they lead you to believe. If you have other things to do they have a retired fellow that will run you home and pick you up when servicing is complete (weekdays only). Their waiting room is clean, but be sure to bring your own stuff to read because choices are poor or nothing. They lay out cookies in the afternoon, but I have not seen donuts in the morning. Every other Toyota dealership I have worked with has brought out a washed vehicle after servicing. NorthShore does not have a car wash there, which I find very surprising.

I just bought my 3rd Camry from Northshore Toyota this week. It was a great experience. They always make buying a car easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend anybody in the market for a car to go to Northshore Toyota.

Great Service. I bought a Camry about 6 months ago. It was my 3rd one and have never had a problem. The service department always has me in and out. They treat me like family and always remember my name. It is nice to go to a place now a days where they still know how to treat customers.

Awful service center. Took two hours longer than maximum estimate. I was told that the last procedure would take 15 minutes. After a half hour of continued waiting I went to get an update, and was informed that they had yet to start the procedure. This was all after I call two hours before going into the service center, explained exactly what I needed done and made an appointment.
