BTG is one of less than 20 Microsoft Authorized Refurbishers in the US and has sold over a million computers to all parts of the country. BTG has operated out of Johnny’s Toys since 2012. In 2015, BTG was named as the number 5 Top Workplace in the Cincinnati area. Their leader, Andy Blair, was named as the top leader amongst all small businesses. Using BTG’s strengths, Tech Castle will provide a wide array of repair knowledge and ability while pursuing the reputation as the premier service department in the area. As a Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher, Tech Castle will also provide outstanding quality and prices on pre-owned equipment. In many cases, our equipment will come with better warranties than when originally sold by the manufacturer. Tech Castle will carry a large variety of electronics, cables/adapters, and hard to find items. We pride ourselves on being friendly to the earth. Therefore, we’re more of a ReUse center than a Big Box. Our belief is that buying a pre-owned item prevents the creation of a new product.
