Manager rude. I always order from this store mostly online. Made a order and waited for my delivery. About an hour and a half later (time given was 45 min for expected delivery) I called and asked when delivery would be. The person on the phone looked up my order and said if it's not there in 30 min call back. Not realizing the time I called back about one and a half hours. The person on the phone asked me to wait then the person in charge came to the phone. He tells me that the person came to my house and sat in the drive way. I asked why he didn't come to the door. Manager tells me he called and no one answered. I tell him that's not possible because my front door is open, garage door is up, and before I can say anything else he interrupts me with oh well he came and you didn't answer. I'm saying, no one came. It's not so much of what he said but how. This guy rudely cuts me off again. I say, sir just put my money back to my account bec... (cutting me off again), no problem mame, we can do that and hangs up. I got angry for a second and tried to call back but hung up. This is absolutely, positively, the last time, I will purchase anything from this store. I don't even want to use their bathroom. I will drive to the one on 138 or in Lithonia first. I will not pay for rudeness. I'm a retail manager myself and realize that weekend rush can be a little stressful but it's no excuse for poor management. I should have received an apology then asked if I still wanted the order. If I said no, given another apology and showed my customer that their business is appreciated. Sorry for the misunderstanding mame is all that was needed and not a hang up in my face. Never again. But I can tell you what. I've seen businesses come and go because they don't understand the importance of customer service to their business success.
