I just recently bought my 2015 Kia Forte from Covina Valley Kia, I have never been treated so nice and professional at a dealership, and I have been to other ones before. I was first greeted by "FAUSTO"my Salesman. I told him I was just looking and he said he understands and If I had any questions don't hesitate to ask him I said ok. So I started to look at all the vehicles they had on the lot and there were quite a few, large inventory, Fausto then introduced me to the Sales Manager "SCOTT" he took the time out of his busy schedule sit down and talk to me, and go over a few things with me in how the banks work now in getting financed, he said to take my time and see which car I liked. Scott said to let him know and we can work out the numbers that I was comfortable at. I said ok.
