I wish I could give ZERO STARS. DO NOT PURCHASE! We needed a large fridge and freezer for our garage, so we bought the RG32 unit. After some delay, it was shipped to our new home, but the delivery driver didn't have a lift gate for this monster unit. My husband had to help the driver "plop" it down onto our brand new driveway, making big divots in the concrete. And, though i had been assured a transformer would be shipped with the unit for home use, there was none. After some back and forth with Chris (our regional sales manager) a new transformer was shipped, then proceeded to get lost by the postal service. I had no tracking notification, just a screenshot he sent me of the package. We were left to report and track down the package ourselves. By the time the package was located and we were able to start using the unit, over a month had passed since ordering the unit and there was zero follow-up by Chris to even see if we had found it. Be aware that this is not "branded" and all writing is in Chinese. This became a huge issue when one month after start of use, the compressor went out on the freezer. And guess what?! It is warrantied, but just parts. So after weeks of messaging and attempting to find someone who could work on this unbranded freezer, we were told it would cost us $600 on top of the $1615 we had already paid to repair our brand new compressor!UNACCEPTABLE and shady business practice. At least pick up your defective unit and deliver a new one. Why should a customer be stuck shelling 1/3 of the unit's cost out in repairs for a lemon?And we lost $100s of dollars worth of food to boot, with none of the much-needed storage we desperately need?THIS "COMPANY" WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!!!!
