Natchitoches Meat Pies Inc. has manufactured and sold meat pies (empanadas) for over 20 years to foodservice and retail industry distributors. Its appetizer/hors D oeuvre size pie is a one ounce pie (mini empanada) and is perfect for weddings, receptions, anniversaries, birthdays, Mardi Gras parties, tailgating, graduation parties, holiday entertaining and gifts. Its manufacturing facility is 18,000 square feet and the company produces bulk product, for the service industry and retail products for the end-user market. Natchitoches Meat Pie Inc. is a USDA inspected facility and as such, has a HACCP program in place.
