Horrible Service

I brought a record player a few days before Christmas. I understood with Christmas coming that I probably would receive anything until a little after new years. New Years passes and not even a phone call. I had to call myself to get an update on my item. Still no progress...the owner talks to me carelessly telling me that they are still "poking at it". Today was the final straw. it is January 25 and they have had my record player for over a month. I call them again and they tell..still "poking at it" and it will a couple more weeks. It will cost me 80 dollars to fix this, so i thought i would receive it in a timely manner with weekly updates. So today i told them that i will be taking my business elsewhere and they were more than happy to get rid of my business. Not once over this month did i receive an apology for the delay...not once. Honestly don't choose this business for your needs. They are careless, unprofessional, and lack work ethics.
