Founded in 1922, Thomas Jefferson High School is a coeducational institution that enrolls students in grades nine through 12. It offers various academic courses, including mathematics, language arts, reading, social studies, science, foreign languages and physical education. The school offers summer learning and driver s education programs. It also offers a range of athletic activities, such as basketball, baseball, wrestling, track, tennis, volleyball, softball, football, swimming, soccer, cross country and golf. The school also offers several extracurricular activities, including choir, band, orchestra and drama. The school is administered by the Council Bluffs Community School District. The high school is located in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
