- Family PracticeDr. Stephen C. Smith graduated from University of Iowa College of Medicine, class of 1977. He completed his residency in family practice in Davenport, Iowa. His undergraduate studies were completed at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.

- ImmunizationsWe provide medical services to all age groups for their acute as well as chronic medical problems. All our physicians are board certified and are very well trained in diagnosing and treating all medical problems with care and passion ranging from common cold to hypertension, diabetes, heart attack, stroke, arthritis. We also provide immunizations as well as family planning services. Our clinic provides VFC services for children.
- ObstetricsDr. Smith has been married forty years to Lucy Smith, and together they have four children. He has no malpractice reported. Dr. Smith has been working in Council Bluffs for 27 years, five of which have been at First Care Medical with Dr. Salaria and Dr. Nanda. He performs all aspects of family practice except for obstetrics
- Internal MedicineDr. Salaria is Board certified Internal medicine physician currently practicing in Iowa and Nebraska. Dr. Salaria graduated from Medical College Amritsar in 1993 and completed his internal medicine residency training at Creighton University Omaha Nebraska. Dr. Salaria is an active member of American College of Physicians, American Medical Association and holds active license for the state of Iowa, Nebraska and Missouri.

- Sports MedicineDr. Smith is interested in sports medicine, especially mixed martial arts since 1996. He enjoys sailing, swimming, gardening, and making miniature models. He loves his cats very much. He also enjoys target practice with his oldest son, Derek. Dr. Smith likes vacationing with his family. Recently he went deep sea fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. We welcome all new patients.
