Cottonwood Christian Care offers private full 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartments. We are an affordable Senior Housing community for those 62 years of age and older with income maximum requirement below the Yavapai County median limits. We welcome ALTCS and private pay forms of payment. Throughout our 8 building complex all apartments are ground floor with lovely lobbies, engaging planned social activities, free emergency call systems, community room with library, computers, exercise equipment, daily newspapers and periodicals. The assisted living building services residents with 3 meals a day, snacks, weekly housekeeping, laundry service, 24-Hour licensed certified caregiver staff, medication monitoring for Supervisory and Personal levels of care plans.
