In 2012, my wife and I rented from Kathy Grosso. We paid rent on time, if not early, every month. After two years of renting we bought our first home. Kathy spent our deposit and refused to return it. When we took her to court she did not show. We received a Judgement which entitled us to be paid back. The court issued a requirement that she provide us with bank account information so that we could get our money. She lied on the form, stating that she didn't have any accounts under the name Grosso Investment Properties LLC. To this date she owes over $1000. Kathy Grossi is a crook. Do not rent from her

Stunningly Horrible Landlords. Tenants are pieces of garbage to them. Repairs are completed slowly or completed with used parts that look like they came out of the landfill. Sued by multiple tenants and SPPD put them on notice for nuisance abatement. Absolutely destroyed Golden Meadows. Don't believe me, look them up on CCAP.
