If only I could give Virgil, the guy from Gorrila, no star... He doesn't deserve even the one that I put in here. I found his info via this site and contacted him to come for an estimate to fix a gas leak. He was supposed to come over at around 4:30 so I took off from work early and got home before that to wait for him. He didn't show up so I called him after 5. He explained he came before 4:30 and no one was here so he took off, which I know is a lie cuz I was home watching the door prior to 4:30. He simply forgot about it. Even though he didn't give me a good impression I still decided to make an appointment with him due to all the good reviews on this board. The appointment was supposed to be at 4:00 on Friday. I again made the arrangement to be at home before 4 and waited, waited, and waited some more. At 5 I called him. This time his excuse is he didn't remember the appointment. The funny thing was I even called him and left a voice mail to remind him of this appoint
