Joel has acted as the general contractor on a number of jobs in which I've been involved in my home and on a community water system. I worked in the building trade many years ago and I'm impressed with how well Joel works with subcontractors and the number of excellent connections he has. As a former worker in the trades, I'm especially picky about the end results of construction projects. I've found Joel's work to be top notch, especially in the face of uncertainty. A big part of the remodeling is dealing with unknown conditions, Joel always adapts well to changing conditions.
