The customer service is super slow to get your equipment. I needed CPAP supplies and it took over a month to get what I needed.

Brendan was so very fantastic. He helped me every step of the way to get the CPM machine to wherever I was. First I was at the hospital, then to a nursing facility then home. He made sure it was there for me each time. He had the most professional attitude. I can't say enough about how personable he was and how caring about me personally. We also had some good laughs. Yes, even though it was business and I don't know this guy. I got him laughing and he made me feel pretty darn special. Thank you Brendan. I hope someday you read this. I wanted to write on Facebook or leave a voicemail message, but I couldn't figure out how since those avenues weren't available. Please give this guy a promotion or bonus or raise!!
