      General Info

      I TEACH A MIX OF TRADITIONAL MUSIC STUDY & POPULAR MUSIC: It is important for my students to be literate - to be able to read and write correct notation. It is equally important that my students learn how to read simple chord charts and explore creatively through songwriting & musical expression. Most important is that my students enjoy playing. Sometimes piano is hard. I try to incorporate their favorite songs so they can feel motivated through the more challenging parts of learning music. STUDENT ALBUM REWARD PROGRAM: I have an exciting Reward Program that allows my students to track their progress by creating their own music Albums. This program is for all ages (including adults).
