I received a Christmas gift from my husband bought from Louis Vuitton Bloomingdale's Costa Mesa.

We just moved to a new house that time and we're extremely busy for everything. Finally I got a chance to open the box and found that it's already 30 days since my hubby bought the sling bag. I'm so excited to use it but I noticed the bag is slightly used with a little stain and the color was started darkening (compared to a very new one) though the smell is very new and fresh from the box. I went to the store to change the item and they did not accept it that I have to come back again in a couple days to see the manager. I'm so unhappy and dissatified with their service. Definitely not coming back to that so low profile store I would say compare to the l Louis Vuitton outlet like the one inside the St Coast Plaza.
