The Costa Mesa Personnel Division conducts personal inquires and administrative investigations. It is located in Costa Mesa, Calif., and is a part of administrative services department of the City of Costa Mesa. Its administrative services department operates through various divisions, including human resources services, risk management, recreation services, management information services and telecommunications. The risk management division is responsible for the development, administration and maintenance of programs to protect city assets, property and operational resources. The management information services division operated by the administrative services department provides data processing support and services to various city departments. Its telecommunications division is responsible for the coordination and policy implementation of telecommunications activities.
