Matthew Phillips, M.D., FACS, has joined the Genesis Center of Surgical Excellence, specializing in general surgery. He earned his doctor of medicine at Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, Ohio. Dr. Phillips then completed a residency in general surgery at Akron City Hospital.
