      cheapest places in town, you get what you pay for. Don't expect your security deposit back.

      Security Deposit Pirates, Video Tape your apartment before you move in and after you move out, walls, floors, ceiling, everything. Write *everything* on your initial damage form, knicks in the wall, discolorations on the door, everything! I have heard that if you offer to take them to court they will usually get your deposit back.
