      HEC is the ONLY nursing re-entry program accredited by OSBN to help those nurses that do not meet Oregon practice hour requirements for re-licensure. This educational program includes 120 hours of coursework and 160 precepted clinical hours. HEC has been in operation for 34 years helping RNs and LPNs re-enter the nursing field
