      General Info

      General adult psychotherapy practice working with a wide variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, life transitions,women's issues, stress, relationship problems, self esteem problems, grief and loss. She has a particular expertise in and focus on trauma- related disorders like eating disorders, PTSD and traumatic grief. Vets are welcome as are others with trauma-based problems like bulimia and anorexia. Her practice emphasizes long term exploratory psychodynamic psychotherapy which helps clients understand themselves deeply in order to deal with the past and make lasting changes for the future.
