If I could put negative stars or no stars I would. When I first started going here a year ago I really liked them. However, I went this past Christmas and had the worse experience. So bad that I complained to my insurance company and chose a new OBGYN. When I was seen (about 40 mins late) the woman who saw my barely listened to me, decided what I should do without giving me any options, wrote incorrect notes in my file, and gave me a really painful exam. The nurse decided to speak up and get me some other options. I was still not thrilled about it all but the second option sounded better. It was to schedule an exam with the hospital. After many weeks of trying to get a hold of the office (another problem-never being able to get ahold of anyone and no one calls you back when you leave a message on the phone or the patient portal), they finally scheduled me an initial exam but told me they couldn't do the exam at the hospital during any school breaks because the doctor always takes them off. I am a teacher and unfortunately that is the time I am available to take a full day to do an exam. When I asked what could be done about this I was told to find a new doctor. So that is what I did. After speaking to the new doctor I found out I did not need the exam at the hospital, only the initial exam. Therefore, if I had stayed with Renaissance I would have gone through with an unnecessary exam which would have cost a lot due to my insurance and had to take time off of work. When I complained to the insurance company I had an outstanding bill of 23$. I asked if I should pay it or wait to see what the outcome of the complaint was. They advised me to wait and they would let Renaissance know why I wasn't paying. Well three months later I am still receiving a bill (now with late charges and being told I will go into debt collectors if I don't pay) and two attempts later of my insurance company trying to get them to respond to their notices about what happened. Then I receive a letter in the mail telling me they will no longer see me and they suggest I find a new physician without delay. Well they don't need to worry because I will never be returning and would never recommend this place to anyone. Although they seem friendly (when you eventually get them on the phone) and while you are there, they are not flexible with appointments, they do not listen to your concerns, they ask you to do unnecessary exams filed towards your insurance, and do not respond when there is a complaint. If you are looking for somewhere else to go I have found success and appreciation at Mayo Medical! Dr. Mayo and his staff are wonderful, they took me right in and got everything done within 1-2 months of being with them and they are always there to answer questions or concerns!

From the receptionist to the nurse to Dr Martin, everyone at this practice was amazing.

All of the doctors and nurses that I have seen at Renaissance OB/GYN have been very friendly. I always feel well cared for and comfortable during my appointments.

The level of care I receiving at Renaissance OB/GYN is excellent. They always great me when I come in for my appointments and the wait time is more than reasonable.
