Provided by YP.comI have to say this was the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist. First, they added items to our bill that we didn't ask for- $40 toothpaste and mouthwash, and even a $200 toothbrush! The hygienist also insisted that I needed an expensive gum treatment (Arrestin) that was ~$100 a tooth which would have cost almost $2000. This was the hygienist making this call- I didn't even see the dentist about it. She was also very unprofessional and said some really rude things about other patients in the waiting room. We finally just walked away and went to a real dentist in Syracuse (who did not see anything wrong with my gums, by the way). Turns out they've been sued for pushing treatments on people like that before. I just felt like I was being scammed the whole time and I tell family, friends, and new coworkers to steer clear. If you have to go to these people, ask a lot of questions, don't agree to anything that seems off, and make sure you look at your bill closely before you pay it.
