Johnson Physical Therapy & Rehab was founded in 2002. Our mission is to provide Cortez and surrounding communities with quality, one on one care to meet the needs of each patient. We strive to make your rehabilitation experience a pleasant and successful one, from the front office to the therapists. We have a working relationship with many of the physicians, surgeons and other health care providers in our area. We offer Physical and Occupational Therapy and have over 100 years of combined experience.
