Cody and the manager Jason were very accommodating with my issue. I had waited way over my period for returning a unliked product! I made the mistake of buying a Windows Lumia phone while a solid phone the apps and GUI were almost unbearable! This phone needs android to save it! (Go android if you love apps) Any way I knew that I was going to be stuck with it, however Cody took control of a bad situation and with the help of his manager Jason the problem was solved. I walked out thrilled even thought it cost a bit of cash I was free of the nightmare that was my Windows Lumia phone! Thanks Cody and Jason you really sold me a great Samsung Galaxy S6 Active. What a great device and even better customer satisfaction!

In November of 2014,the assistant manager of this store held the door open for me to leave this store after he and his staff were unable to resolve the simple tasks of trying to discover who at Att had collected my electronic banking information and not credited my account with that information, and could find no record of my calls that morning to Att. If you are looking for competent customer service avoid this experience. Upon further pursuit of resolving this issue by telephone, it seems that all calls are to be recorded at Att, and it was discovered that the wrong department collected my banking information that morning. No interest on the local level of who has whose banking information and either not using it , or using it inappropriately. Att corporate has taken the complaint and is investigating. The turnover at this store might be high for a reason, problems usually start at the top. Thanks, Be cautious here.
