General Info

I am a marriage and family therapist and have had a private practice in Marin County since 1998. I offer individual, couple and family therapy in a safe, caring and professional environment. I use a cognitive behavioral approach to addressing issues of anger, anxiety, depression and relational conflict. My approach to therapy stems from a growth and learning model. I believe we are all growing and maturing, and sometimes we get stuck. It can be helpful to have an outside perspective to assist you.
