General Info
My story i AM by NO means an elite 5K. 10K. Half or full Marathon runner. I always preferred sprints when it came to working OUT when I was Younger but AS father time caught UP to ME I knew that cardio exercises would help MY health. SO just like many of YOU have decided I found a running program and decided to start running. Then just like many of YOU have I GOT tired of running! SO I decided to sign UP for a 5K and train SO I would NOT BE bored. I RAN MY first 5K in over 30 minutes. The competitor inside of ME kNew I HAD to DO better. I RAN every work OUT. I ATE right but I just Didn't have that GO that I needed. I was introduced to the ADVOCARE performance elite line and started to supplement MY workouts with spark. Arginine extreme and O2 gold. I found myself running better and better times and doing workouts I never thought I could DO. DID I WIN MY next 5K? of course NOT. . . BUT I DID SET MY personal best by breaking 23 minutes. I even started to compete in TRIATHALONS! have YOU RUN your best 5K/10K/HALF/FULL Marathon?.
