EMDR, Equine, Art & Sandtry therapies are just a few of the approaches utilized to assist clients. Traditional talk therapy is also an option. Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) is a highly effective experiencial approach utilizing horses as a tool for emotional & behavioral growth & learning. EAP is a collaborative therapy used with individuals, families and groups. EAP sessions involve ground work and other activities with horses. Clients that have experienced sadness, grief, loss anxiety, low self esteem, and relationship problems can benefit from this approach. It is also an effective tool for clients that have experienced domestic violence, sexual abuse, emotional & physical abuse.
