My experience with Berkeley Eye Center was amazing! Dr. Spengler and staff did a great job explaining the process to me. They were very friendly, and I was able to see without glasses within a couple of hours after the surgery. Since then, my vision has improved dramatically!!! Getting LASIK at BEC is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I would definitely recommend BEC to anyone considering having the procedure done.

Totally positive experience. Great staff, caring, attentive physician, very comfortable, clean office. Unlike experience in the RGV where all appointments are for the same time and you wait for hours and are treated as if on a conveyer belt. Appointment was on time and staff gave very considerate professional help. It was well worth the drive from Harlingen.

Had my 1st visit with Dr.Spengler a few weeks ago & was impressed with the office & the services. Very clean & comfortable atmosphere- Karen was friendly & knowledge. Parking was easy because of the parking garage & building was easy to find. Highly recommended!

The experience was great the workers and doctor were all friendly and knowledgeable, they really made you feel comfortable. They had patience especially because it was difficult for me to even put drops in my eyes, and iv never been able to put contacts in. Overall everything went smooth and they had me out of there in the blink of an eye, i would recommend this place to anyone. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

The staff was friendly and competent. Dr. Spengler was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He left the decisions up to me and was not pushy at all. The office was neat, clean, and modern.

I can't say enough about this practice. The doctor is very knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. You can tell that he truly cares about his patients, not just their eyes! The staff was exceptional as well. My husband and I both saw Dr. Spangler and were very, very impressed. We even got in at our apt. time, which is almost unheard of in drs. offices these days! We would recommend Dr. Spangler and his staff without hesitation!
