Wellness is more than the absence of illness. Wellness means enjoying life to the fullest. For this we were created. Our bodies are special and deserve good care. When we take care of our body, our mind feels better as well. We are a spiritual being in a human body. We are thinking creatures as well. Body, mind and spirit are integrally related; what affects one affects the other. My purpose is to help people discover and integrate a balanced lifestyle as part of their living and being. Proper nutrition, appropriate exercise, and the practice of relaxation techniques are the mainstay of wellness. My wish for all people is peace and healing. It is my pleasure to serve in this way along with the practice of traditional medicine. Our highest priority is to keep all of our patients and staff as safe as possible. We have added telemedicine as part of our service per the advise of the CDC. What is Telemedicine? Real-time, one-on-one visit between you and Dr. Boriack Serves as a substitute for in-person office visit during our present crisis Especially useful for patients needing medicine attention without leaving your home Offered to connect via telephone or face to face video. 100% HIPAA Compliant Designed only for non-emergency care By the recommendation of CDC, we will be taking patients temperatures and asking these screening questions prior to allowing them to enter the reception area. Notably, all patients need to consider these questions prior to going to the physician office: Have you traveled to a COVID-19 highly affected city within the last 14 days? Have you had close contact with a person who has COVID-19 or traveled to affected city? Do you have fever and respiratory symptoms such as cough or shortness of breath? If you answered yes to any of the above questions, we ask to call our office before your scheduled appointment. This effort will help determine whether you should be seen in person or by Telemedicine (via telephone/video conference).
