what needs to be done is more frequent background check, drug testing and cooking courses. so caretaker can not even prep food correctly. i had a care taker took some thing that was frozen and into a light grease pan. she had to applied more grease and then transfer too another pan. i thought she knew what she was doing. i had too call my daughter and she inform me it says on the package to place the frozen food in the oven. i have eaten it within thirty to forty minutes later. i was so sick that i had vomitted, headaches and had poops! it was a terrible three to four days. i had a man from legacy called me because i tried calling my coordinator but no luck. so i called my insurance company coordinator. i had no choose but to drop after the third caretaker. i did gave them chances but when does it get fix! i give you a thumbs down! when your caretaker talk all the time and they are speaking to the people in the office. i am calling in and they are giving me the run around. guessgoodbye

unlucky i am when it came too home health care services. my first caretaker from legacy had stolen forty dollars and when confronted bail out. they was not a way i could of stop her from leaving my home. she had left but not until another person had arrived too my home for funernal planning. she was shocked so i called and informed the agency. then they send me another care taker. i said this one was younger but was always late, on the cell, my food would be cold and getting officers to inform me if she work for me. i was shocked so i called my coordinator. never got a call nor a visit. this person my caretaker was very upset because she did not get paid for her week long vacation. she had inform me she would go out on vacation so i had to report it toward the agency. when she arrived back the hate, cooking cold food, on the cell, leaving early, need help she is on the cell, getting mad and yelling. she was so sick i have gotten ill and i stay in the hospital for a week w lung disease.
