The other review is complete crap. I have been involved with JP II High School 4 years. Never NOT one time did I go see Principal LeGrange or Mr Trudeau and not get right in. Email communication was always great. My son just graduated wih a record amount of college credits that got him into Baylor. He is starting as a Junior. Bishop Garriga and John Paul II accomplished that. He also went to Most Precious Blood. Have seen as a volunteer and Padre coach many a bad parent that complained about every dime of fundraising or every minute. Same parents usually had attitude if they pay for school the kids should be able to do whatever they wanted. Anyone with any questions can email me. happy to talk. Have a son now at Garriga. No school or business can make everyone happy. We all know that. You get out of schools, sports etc. largely what you put into it.

Very disappointing School

Jpii is the worst high school. My son has been in private school all his life. So naturally this being the only catholic school we sent him here. First I'll start by letting you know The teachers are very young and do not keep up with students. It's very hard to get in touch with the teachers. When we first registered they praised themselves as having great communication skills with parents. They have a program called "Zap" it's if your child does not complete work they will call everyday until turned in. That's a lie!! This school accepts delinquent kids that have been kicked out of school. They will let them enroll and won't have to pay tuition if they qualify for low income. Most of the students don't pay any tuition. Which is unfair to the parents that have to pay full price tuition and also help fundraise $300 in order to help the delinquent kids. They've just switched coaches from the middle school next door and never won a single football game. The principle is never available and you have to speak to the assistant which is never helpful. The office never knows anything and is useless. There pregnancy rate is pretty high. These kids are in a large school with many areas to hide and do things. My son has showed pics of girls kissing and undressing in the restrooms texting during classes. Just walk around and take a look a look at the kids and environment which looks a lot like public school. Teachers are also constantly leaving as well as coaches. Nothing is ever stable at this school. Also, rumor has it that the assistant principle and cafeteria cater are a gay item. Save your money and go to another high school! Anywhere but this place!
