      No one is helpful, they let you stand around till you have to get their attention. They charge way too much. They trick you into paying more. I had a few packages to ship and it was a bother for them. They embarassed me and charged me close to $100 so I took back my packages and the manager was mean about it. They also said my card was declined, but it still took my money and they didnt care to help me. Worst place ever. They should all be fired. Thats their job and they cant even try to be professional.
