if it were possible to give this "salon" no stars then i would. believe me when i say, do not go here. i am a young lady who has a very different haicut. shaved sides and a disconnect top section that is long. should be too hard to shave my head and trip up the top, right?? NO. literally, daryl (i am not sure how to spell his name) obviously does NOT KNOW HOW TO CUT HAIR! one side of my top head is an inch and a half longer than the other side so it makes it impossible to style how i like. frustrating!! i would also like to state how the jerk who "runs the place" (obviously cant run it well because there is hair EVERYWHERE and not the typical hair salon hair but like chewbaca himself went in there for a cut and they swept it in crevices of the chair, YES the chair YOU SIT IN. gross!!! but the man who is "in charge" liked to LOUDLY say how i look like a boy and shouldnt "cut my hair so short". WHAT!?! no just no... i am new in corpus and i had to leave my hair salon where i use to live and found this "barber/salon" and it was CRAP!!! my hair is all sorts of messed up now. it infuriates me. maybe they can do mediocre cuts where you literally cut off one inch from your left side and then five inches from the right... ASYMMETRICAL RIGHT?! lol the amount of "no" thats happening at that hole is unbelievable. obviously it is crazy to think when someone says they want something certain done to their hair its almost like the customer is speaking to A PIECE OF BREAD because the barbers DO NOT UNDERSTAND? like you HAD ONE JOB in this world and you absolutely suck at it. also... "daryl" made me uncomfortable because after my 25$ uneven shave and cut he GRABBED ME and hugged me and said "please i want to see you here again". NO. so WEIRD. he gave me a 30$ hair cream for "christmas but people i got my hair cut on dec 2. what?! and yes that could be considered "nice of him" but it was a random product that he had on a counter and then just "gave it to me" when i FIRST MET HIM. i was overwhelmed by his strangely terrible ogre breathe that he just could not control. overall this place is a RIP OFF and a COMPLETE JOKE. please look into your hair stylist/salon/barber shop BEFORE you sit in the chair to get chopped at. unless you wanna look like a lab rat... i will not go back to that "place of business" and i encourage you to do the same.
