Founded in 1958, Andy's Country Kitchen is a full-service restaurant, based in Corpus Christi, Texas. Its menu consists of various items, soups, steaks, chops, burger and sandwiches as well as variety of salads to name of few. Additionally, the restaurant provides chicken and seafood items as well as Mexican food that include beef nachos, Handmade Quesadillas, Bean Chalupas, beef /chicken enchiladas and cheese enchiladas. The kids' menu available at Andy's Country Kitchen includes Horsey, Rooster and Billy Goat.
