Mistral, formerly known as Azzura Point, is a full-service restaurant that offers a range of menus. Its Mediterranean menu features locally-caught seafood, sustainable ingredients and fresh herbs. The restaurant serves a variety of artichokes, beef, mussels, pork, veal and chicken. Mistral s main course menu includes roasted eggplant, morel mushrooms, asparagus, naked fish, lemon verbena sauce, Brussels sprouts, rosemary carrots, roasted garlic and lamb rack. It also maintains a bar that serves a range of wines, beers and Champagne cocktails. The restaurant is operated by Loews Coronado Bay Resort, which features more than 400 rooms and suites for guests. Loews Coronado Bay Resort also has several tennis courts and outdoor swimming pools, as well as a fitness center and aerobic studio. Mistral is located in Coronado, Calif.
