My insurance company was accepting this center only therefore, I had to go with them. This was the frustrating experience I ever had. I was going to thru cancer treatment and I had to follow up everything. They gave me surgery date, but they did not send me the tests that I should be doing prior to surgery. When I went to their office to take it, they told "they are going to send it when I received surgery date". I have a HMO therefore, all doctors need to get approval before doing anything. To get an approval from my insurance was taking 2 days for any other doctor, it was taking two weeks for this center. Too many people but nobody is working. All of them lazy. After the surgery they did not even look at my wounds for three weeks. During this time I saw my oncologist (different doctor) he was shocked when he saw my bandages. They were completely black, "this is great invitation to the infection' he said. Nobody does their job in this office. Avoid them if you can.
