Worst company to deal with! DO NOT USE THEM! I had all the windows in my house installed in July, as soon as the rain came, my sliding glass door began to leak! The trim got ruined & my carpet got all wet. I called the office, the installer and the manager EVERYDAY for 2 weeks straight to only get blown off. Finally the installer came out and "repaired" the leak. With the next rain, IT LEAKED AGAIN! So I called all 3 of the contacts that I had again EVERYDAY for 2 weeks. The manager finally responded that that he no longer works for the company & there's nothing he can do for me, then the installer gave me the same excuse & said he'd have to charge me to come back out. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Why would I pay for something that wasn't done right the 1st 2 times!!!!! That only left the owner, Kevin, who has refused to answer any of my calls or emails. So much for their installation warranty! My window has still not been repaired and I'm at a dead end with trying tyring to get this repaired.
