I don’t normally leave reviews, but this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Made a reservation online. On their website it says if your 12 years old and 100lbs you are able to do the half day trip. My son is 12 years old and has kayaked for many years so we book the half day. We get phone call the next day and they recommend a different trip. My wife explains that she will consider it but that she will call them back if she decides to cancel the outing. I was standing next her her and heard the whole conversation.

The next day we receive an email telling us our reservation had been cancelled. I call numerous times over 2 days to find out why they cancelled it and no one answers. Five minutes after I call, I used a different phone number and they immediately pick up (I had even left a message) They were avoiding my calls. All other kayaking companies are now full. I can see why they were the only ones available. BUYER BEWARE. They might randomly cancel your reservation, avoid your phone calls, and then leave you on the hook for a $400 hotel stay you no longer need.
