My husband and I have lived here for over a year and are upgrading to a larger two bedroom. Lucinda has ALWAYS treated us fairly. To the person who left the sofa at a dumpster...shame on you! That is not the way to take care of garbage. A sofa is not normal garbage. You should have contacted a hauler to take that away. We absolutely love living here. Everybody is friendly and the complex has a lot of warm people. There is a sense of "community" here. We feel like this is home. I would recommend Bonady to anybody. Parents of a recent tenant, we flew into town and cleaned, oven, refrigerator, base boards, floors, tub, toilet, sinks, and cabinets. We also swept and mopped apt. I have a video of the apartment to prove it! Landlord would not return my sons calls the entire week that we were there, then after he leaves she calls and acts like a brat! She gave us no instructions and complained about a couch that was left at the large trash container outside because it was full. Belief the bad review on this site from 2009, she appears nice while getting your rent, but when you move don't waste your time cleaning the place leave it like a dump because when you leave she will treat you like trash or like the trash that she is. She had the nerve to hang up in his face on the call after threatening to take all his deposit. Take the time and spend a little more if you have to but do not deal with this place or this lady(?)! If she needed to steal the $750.00 deposit she could have just asked for it!!!

A nice place to rent. My wife and I moved in back in 2008 and have enjoyed our time there. The building was quiet and the apartment spacious. We looked around the area and really feel like this was the best value. Have reccommended to several co workers.

The landlord appeared to be nice at the beginning. However, She turned out to be a really mean lady. She will try to eat every penny of your deposit. The maintenance is also very bad, especially in winter time. I will never choose it again. Never! BTW:I notice that there is a nice review about this apartment which only very few people agrees. Just be cautious! It may be posted by the landlord.

Not sure what the other people are talking about, we had great experiences living there. We looked all over the area at both private homes and other complexes, nothing else even came close for the money. The whole property was always kept very clean and the maintenance staff was always there to fix any little thing that might pop up, and quickly too.I wasn't even charged for a new window blind when I called to tell them I had broken it on accident. We did have one problem with a tenant upstairs whom always had his tv up way too loud, when I finally called the office they took care of it the same day..way to go. I have referred two friends here so far.

The people that own and operate Bonday Garden Apartments have the most corrupt business practices I have ever seen. During my year living there they illegally tried to raise my rent $50 a month, they do not turn the heat on when they are supposed to, and I have to fight in court to get my security deposit back. They seem nice at first but are wolves in sheep's clothing.

The owners of this apartment complex will do anything in their power to take your money. They are nice apartments inside but definately not worth the price. The floorplans are really wide open and you can see everything from the living room. The owners will blame everything on you just to get your money, and when you move out, they will NOT give you the deposit back!! They will tell you that they will but they won't. Also, they "say" that they pay for the heat but they never turn it on! My husband and I stayed up every night freezing! They say they don't have to turn it on unless it gets to a certain date or degree outside, but when it's in the 30s, I think it should be turned on! The lady seems really nice at first but DO NOT trust her!! She will make your life miserable!! A lot of people that I know from this area have lived there and went through the same thing as me and my family, as well as my neighbors there. Whatever you do, DO NOT rent to these apartments!!!
