General Info

We provide one-stop care services, with the added benefit of a laboratory operated by LabCorp, and x-ray services operated by Corning X-Ray on site. We are very proud to offer telemedicineservice; providing patients with consultation from specialists across the state, right in the comfort of our exam room. Care is available on an appointment basis, with walk-in care for emergencies available. Spanish speaking staff available.
