If I could give this dealership a negative I would. Have a brand new Ford truck that was saying no DEF fluid when it was full. They wouldn't even come out to look at it or help. This was July 5 (Thursday) and they told me they wouldn't even look at anything until Monday. Ridiculous for a dealer to not have service people to help travelers at least. No they want to make them sit for 5 days. Disgusting, poor excuse for a Ford dealer . Avoid if can. If there are further Ford dealer closings this should be at top of list

I called Corning Ford to scope out the inventory and possible finance options. Justin Galantine was not only patient and courteous, but he was able to conduct business with us Via phone, email and in person making our purchase extremely convenient and smooth.

After speaking on the phone and getting an idea on the inventory we drove down and did a few test drives, filled out a credit app and left for the the day. Justin called back the next morning letting us know what he could do and had our new vehicles ready for pick-up that same day. We took the quick drive, walked right into finance, signed our papers and walked out with our vehicles. It was that simple, quick and service with a smile.

If you want an honest, smooth buying experience, ask for Justin!
