I have been driving my new Town and Country for about 2 weeks now and I absolutely love it! It was very special because I am 47 years old and this is the first brand new vehicle I have ever purchased! We just moved here from Texas and things are pretty far apart there so we typically get at least 200,000 miles before we are ready for something new. This was the BEST car purchasing experience I have ever had! I just recently bought a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram NC. I went to other Jeep dealers and got the same high pressure run around that most of us experience when car shopping. After going to TIm Marburger in concord and getting turned away, I had pretty much given up on the hopes of a new car. My fianc tells me he called Lake Norman Chrysler and talked to an extremely nice guy named Randy. Randy told my fianc that they work with people with bad credit and was more than happy to have us come in and try to get me in a new car. I can't even explain how nice not only Randy was to us but also Scott and Amanda the finance manager. They worked so hard to get me my new car. Needed a car for driving to and from college. I needed a car with good gas mileage , not too old and still looked good. BUYER BEWARE !!! I just experienced the biggest scam from most deceptive people that I have in my entire 46 years. We spent about 6-7 hours at this dealership looking, test driving, asking A LOT of questions about the certified warranty etc. with 3 different sales people, a couple of managers AND a the service manager about there "Certified Extended Warranty" and EVERY ONE of them told us SEVERAL times that it was an 8 year/80,000 warranty and it starts from the day WE purchase the vehicle NOT from 2 1/2 years ago when the car was originally put into service, turns out in the little "Room" in the back where you finish the deal signing etc. thats its 6 years/80,000 miles and it starts from 2 1/2 years ago!!. NOW, if one or even two people told us that once that would probably understandable...but 6 or so people a FEW times from each one ( thats about 18 times! ) that the warranty was 8/80,000 starting TODAY then the only thing that makes sense is that it is a well planned out SCAM !!!

I briefly mentioned a couple of things like tinted windows and a DVD system to Randy Hembree as we were finishing up the purchase paperwork. Randy remembered everything I mentioned and has done an OUTSTANDING job in following up on each item to make sure that not only do I get the extra bells and whistles I want but also a great deal on them and convenient times for installation. I purchased my Jeep Liberty about 6 months ago from Willie Brown. Lake Norman was a little out of the way but ended up being worth the drive because Willie was really helpful. He explained all the options to me and actually switched me from buying a sedan to an SUV after hearing about all the stuff I tend to haul around, from home improvement stuff to dogs, it all fits now :-) They had a ton of Libertys to choose from and I got one with a Skyslider---totally cool! A guy named Bill gave me a decent amount for my worn out Taurus, more than other dealers offered me. I was a little concerned about going into the finance department, wasn't sure about my credit, but Amanda found a bank to finance me no problem. Willie and a girl named Stephanie have both called to make sure everything was good with my Liberty. Nice that they care about you even after you give them the sale.
