It is interesting to find that the reviews on Facebook are no longer visible. Is it because a lot of the 5-star ratings were posted by family and friends of the owner of this practice? Was it coincidence that any negative review comments would be hidden or have more 5-star ratings following it? I had a terrible experience with this practice. I wanted to think that the owner of this practice had good intentions and I didnt want to take away from all that she tried to do to help me. I accept my part of the responsibility for why the therapeutic relationship ended but I have been extremely distraught at HOW it was terminated. It was done in a very unprofessional and inappropriate manner (via text!) during a time of extreme crisis for me. At that point she told me that she would help me get into a program she thought I could benefit from until she returned to her practice. I never heard from her again or received any assistance although I requested help many times from her and the partners in her practice. It pains me to leave this kind of review for someone I so trusted and believed in. But I felt the need to put my experience out there so others could be aware.
